Kevin Foley, M.S. is a Clinical Exercise Physiologist and Regional Manager with the Animas Insulin Pump company. Formerly an officer with the California Highway Patrol, Kevin was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes in 1991 and has been an insulin pump user for over 17 years. He received his B.S. degree from the University of California, Berkeley and his Masters degree from Wake Forest University in Health and Exercise Science. Kevin managed the "Heart Health" cardiac rehabilitation program at Johns Hopkins prior to his current position with Animas. By keeping his diabetes in tight control with his insulin pump, Kevin has completed 7 marathons. He is pictured above with his daughter, Meghan completing the Kona Marathon with Team Diabetes in 2000.
