Hi Everyone! My name is Sam Billetdeaux, and I am running in the Disney race weekend with both my mom and dad (Laura and Neal Billetdeaux). My mom is running the half with me, and my dad is running the marathon on Sunday. Mom and I are new to training for a race of this length; my dad has finished several marathons. I'm a sophomore at the University of Michigan and very involved with CWD. I have a really great community of CWD friends all over the world, most of whom I've met at conferences. Hockey was always my favorite sport growing up and in high school, but now that I'm in college, there isn't time to do that. So, I enjoy running, playing racquetball, and working out with friends. I live right in downtown Ann Arbor, and it's fun to find different running routes around town. It's also very hilly and can be quite challenging some days. I'm looking forward to meeting everyone and enjoying the race weekend!
