For Friends for Life® Anaheim 2018, children age five and under are $50. For everyone age six or over at the time of the conference, the price is:

Cancellation policy:
Cancellations prior to April 1, 2018 will be refunded minus a $25 per person processing fee. Beginning April 1, 2018, no refunds are available.

Online registration is now closed. On-site registration begins at 6:00 pm on Friday, May 4, 2018.

Conference Scholarships

The Diabetes Scholars Foundation offers scholarships for families and young adults to attend CWD's Friends for Life conferences.

The Conference Venue and Reservations

The Disneyland® Hotel is now accepting reservations for Friends for Life® Anaheim 2018. Rooms are $227/night + tax. You may reserve a room by using Disney's online reservation system. The cut-off date for reservations in the room block is April 5, 2018, or whenever the room block is filled. After that, if the hotel has rooms available, they will be offered at rack rate.

Note that there is a conference registration fee per person, and reserving a room does not register you for the conference. Rates vary according to the date of registration. Please refer to the Registration Page for details.

Conference Waiver

Every family must sign a waiver that covers all family members attending the conference. The waiver is included within your registration packet.
