Registration for the Conference and Housing
- Conference Registration
Registration includes:
- All sessions and session materials for adults and children
- Childcare for potty-trained children under age 6
- Reception on Friday evening
- Breakfast, lunch, evening reception, and beverage breaks on Saturday
- Breakfast, lunch, and beverage breaks on Sunday
- One t-shirt per registered person
- Lunch and snacks are included for teen off-site on Sunday

Cancellation policy:
Cancellations prior to August 1, 2010 will be refunded minus a $50 processing fee. After August 1, 2010, no refunds are available.- Housing Registration
The Renaissance Charlotte Suites Hotel is located at 2800 Coliseum Centre Drive, Charlotte, North Carolina. This property offers some wonderful space to CWD participants including plenty of meeting room accommodations for all age groups, an indoor swimming pool, several restaurants, and a state of the art fitness center. Single and double room rates are $109 per night plus tax. Rollaways are extra; cribs are available. This is an all-suite property. Each suite offers high speed Internet (for a charge), two televisions, fridge and microwave, and complimentary in-room coffee.
To make your room reservation, please call 800-266-9432. You may also use the hotel's online reservation system reserve a room online. Identify yourself as being with the Children with Diabetes conference. Reservations are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The room block will be held for CWD until August 1, 2010. Note that there is a conference registration fee per family and that reserving a room does not register you for the conference. Rates vary according to the date of registration.
