10:00 - 10:45 a.m. Snack break and exhibits
10:45 - Noon Scavenger Hunt in the Exhibit Area and hotel Sports and Nutrition with Dana, Mike and Harold Summiting Mt. Everest with Technology – Sebastien Sasseville
12:00 - 1:00 p.m. Lunch
1:00 - 2:15 p.m. Swimming; please drop off in the elementary room and pick up at the pool Scavenger Hunt in the Exhibit Area and hotel Traveling and Carbs in the Real World
2:15 - 3:00 p.m. Snack break
3:00 - 4:15 p.m. Meet Sebastien and hear about his trip to Mt. Everest! Meet Paul Madden! Swimming; please drop off in the tween room and pick up at the pool at end of session Nutrition, Exercise and Harold
4:30 - 5:30 p.m. Workout With Harold - Winnetka A
6:30 - 9:00 p.m. Dinner and DJ dance party
