Registration for the Conference and Housing

• Conference Registration
  

  Registration includes:

  • All sessions and session materials for adults and children
  • Childcare for potty-trained children under age 6
  • Reception on Friday evening
  • Breakfast, lunch, evening reception, and beverage breaks on Saturday
  • Breakfast, lunch, and beverage breaks on Sunday
  • One t-shirt per registered person
  Registration will be accepted at the conference.
  
  

  Cancellation policy:
  Cancellations prior to March 1, 2011 will be refunded minus a $50 processing fee. After March 1, 2011, no refunds are available.

• Housing Registration
  

  The Cincinnati Marriott North at Union Centre is now accepting reservations for the CWD weekend, March 25-27, 2011. Rates are $115 per night and may be extended up to 3 nights before and after the conference. There is a fitness center and an indoor pool on site; parking is free. You may call for reservations at 513-874-7335; please specify that you are with the Children with Diabetes conference. The room block will be held until March 10, 2011.

  Note that there is a conference registration fee per family and that reserving a room does not register you for the conference. Rates vary according to the date of registration. Please refer to the website for details.
