Registration for the Conference and Housing

• Conference Registration
  

  Registration includes:

  • All sessions and session materials for adults and children
  • Childcare for potty-trained children under age 6
  • Breakfast, lunch, and beverage breaks on Saturday
  • Breakfast on Sunday
  • One t-shirt per registered person
  You may register on site.
  
  

  Cancellation policy:
  Cancellations prior to January 1, 2013 will be refunded minus a $25 processing fee. After January 1, 2013, no refunds are available.

• Housing Registration
  

  The Marriott Crystal Gateway Hotel is now accepting reservations for the CWD Focus on Technology weekend. Rates are $119 per night for king or double-double rooms. There is a fitness center and an indoor pool on site. The venue is connected to an underground mall and to the Metro for easy access to Washington, DC attractions. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. You may call 703-920-3230 for reservations or use their online reservation form. Be sure to please specify that you are with the Children with Diabetes conference. The room block will be held until January 15, 2013. In order to receive the special rate, you must make reservations before this cut-off.

  Note that there is a conference registration fee per family and that reserving a room does not register you for the conference. Rates vary according to the date of registration. Please refer to the website for details.
