Registration for the Conference and Housing

• Conference Registration
  

  Registration includes:

  • All sessions and session materials for adults and children
  • Childcare for potty-trained children under age 6
  • Reception on Friday afternoon
  • Breakfast and lunch on Saturday
  • Lunch on Sunday
  • One t-shirt per registered person
  • Beach activities on Saturday and Sunday afternoons

  Registration cancellation policy:
  Registration cancellations prior to November 30, 2011 will be refunded minus a $50 processing fee. After December 1, 2011, refunds are not available.

• Housing Registration
  

  The Harbor Beach Marriott is now accepting reservations for the CWD weekend. Rates are $239/night. Rooms include in-room coffee, safe, and high speed internet. To reserve a room, please use the online reservations link, which is specific to the CWD group. You must use this method to book a room to be included in the CWD room block and receive the special rate. You also must complete a conference registration form in order to participate. There family registration fee is separate from the hotel room. Space is very limited. Previous Family Support Weekend conferences have sold out. Please reserve your rooms early.
