8:00 a.m. Breakfast buffet
Please be prompt; the food is out for 45 minutes
9:00 a.m. - 10:15 a.m. Opening Keynote – Making the Most of Diabetes - Korey Hood
10:15 – 10:45 a.m. Coffee break – Check on the kids
10:45 – 12:15 Where the Wild Things Are - Joe Solowiejczyk and Paul Madden

Getting the Most Out of Type 1 Connections – Scott Johnson and Kerri Sparling
12:15 – 4:00 p.m. Lunch on Your Own, then come and enjoy a day at the beach Marco Island style!
The recreation staff will line the North Tower Beach with flags, umbrellas and place lounge chairs out to set just the right tone for our group to kick back and relax. For the active parents and kids, we will offer a volleyball court, footballs, Frisbees, 4 kayaks, 2 pedal boats, 5 water hammocks and 1 hobie sailboat.

Join Joe Solowiejczyk, Jill Weissberg-Benchell, Paul Madden, Korey Hood, and Crystal Jackson for discussion on the beach. Bring your questions and challenges – they are looking forward to chatting with you!

12:15 – 4:00 p.m. Lunch on Your Own, then come and enjoy Day Two On the North Tower Beach, Marco Island style!

Youth Program Note:
Please note that all children must be with their appropriate age group during sessions. The elementary program is for children ages 6-9; the tween program is for children ages 10-12, and the teen program is for ages 13-18. There is no 'skipping up' or 'skipping down.' This is per our insurance guidelines. No exceptions are allowed.
