Registration for the Conference and Housing

• Conference Registration
  
  • Early registration closes on June 30, 2007.
  • Regular registration closes on September 24, 2007.
  • On site registration will be contingent upon space availability. Note the last three regionals have sold out a month prior to the conference.

  Cancellation policy:
  Cancellations prior to September 1, 2007 will be refunded minus a $25 processing fee. After September 1, 2007, no refunds are available.
  
  
• Housing Registration
  To make your room reservation, you must either call the hotel at 800-228-9290 or 952-935-5500 or reserve a room using the Marriott website. You must identify yourself as being with the Children with Diabetes conference to be included in the CWD room block and to get the preferential group rate.
