Registration for the Conference and Housing

• Conference Registration
  

  Registration includes:

  • All sessions and session materials for adults and children
  • Childcare for potty-trained children under age 6
  • Breakfast, lunch, and beverage breaks on Saturday
  • Breakfast on Sunday
  • One t-shirt per registered person

  Cancellation policy:
  Cancellations prior to January 1, 2012 will be refunded minus a $25 processing fee. After January 1, 2012, no refunds are available.

• Housing Registration
  

  The Philadelphia Marriott West is now accepting reservations for the CWD Focus on Technology weekend. Rates are $129 per night. There is a fitness center and an indoor pool on site; parking is free. You may call for reservations 610-941-5600 or use their online reservation form. Be sure to please specify that you are with the Children with Diabetes conference. The room block will be held until February 10, 2012. In order to receive the special rate, you must make reservations before this cut-off.
