Registration for the Conference and Housing

• Conference Registration
  

  Registration includes:

  • All sessions and session materials for adults and children
  • Childcare for potty-trained children under age 6
  • Reception on Friday evening
  • Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and beverage breaks on Saturday
  • Breakfast, lunch, and beverage breaks on Sunday
  • One t-shirt per registered person
  • Lunch and snacks are included for teen off-site on Sunday
  Pre-registration is now closed. You may register on site for the conference.
  
  Cancellation policy:
  Cancellations prior to November 1, 2009 will be refunded minus a $50 processing fee. After November 1, no refunds are available.
  
  
• Housing Registration
  The Renaissance Seattle is now accepting reservations for the conference. Rates are $165/night plus tax. You may book online via their online reservation site (www.marriott.com/seasm with grroup code CWDCWDA). You may also call for reservations at 206-583-0300 or 1-800-546-9184. Please make sure to state that you are with the Children with Diabetes program.
