Registration for the Conference and Housing
- Conference Registration
Registration includes:
- All sessions and session materials for adults and children
- Childcare for potty-trained children under age 6
- Breakfast, lunch, and beverage breaks on Saturday
- Breakfast on Sunday
- One t-shirt per registered person

Cancellation policy:
Cancellations prior to September 21, 2012 will be refunded minus a $25 processing fee. After September 21, 2012, no refunds are available.- Housing Registration
The Sugar Land Marriott Town Square is now accepting reservations for the CWD Focus on Technology weekend. Rates are $139 per night. There is a fitness center and an outdoor pool on site; parking is free. You may call for reservations 281-275-8400 or register online. If you call, please specify that you are with the Children with Diabetes conference. The room block will be held until September 21, 2012. In order to receive the special rate, you must make reservations before this cut-off.
Note that there is a conference registration fee per family and that reserving a room does not register you for the conference. Rates vary according to the date of registration. Please refer to the website for details.
- Scholarships
Family Scholarships are available from the Diabetes Scholars Foundation.
