Time Elementary (ages 6-9) Tween (ages 10-12) Teen (ages 13-18)
8:00 - 9:00 a.m. Breakfast  
9:00 - 10:00 a.m. Icebreaker with staff and Harold and staff Icebreaker with staff Icebreaker with Staff; meet the VIPs
10:00 - 10:45 a.m. Refreshments break and exhibits in the Grand Ballroom
10:45 - Noon Scavenger Hunt in the Exhibit Area and hotel Workout with Harold Teen Talk with Jim and Natalie
12:00 - 1:30 p.m. Lunch in the Grand Ballroom
1:30 - 2:45 p.m. Swimming; please drop off in the elementary room and pick up at the pool Mall Food: What's in This Stuff? (with Natalie) Workout with Harold
2:45 - 3:30 p.m. Snack break
3:30 - 4:45 p.m. Crafts and making quilt squares Swimming; please drop off in the tween room and pick up at the pool at end of session Discussion/planning for field trip; Jim/Jeff lead discussion on New Technology
6:30 - 8:30 p.m. Dinner for everyone in the Grand Ballroom

Time Elementary (ages 6-9) Tween (ages 10-12) Teen (ages 13-18)
8:00 - 9:00 a.m. Breakfast  
9:00 - 10:00 a.m. Fun exercise with Harold! Meet the VIPs Meet for Off Site
10:00 - 10:45 a.m. Refreshments break
10:45 - Noon Meet the VIPs Chat time with Dr. Jill and staff Offsite; back by 4:30
12:00 - 1:30 p.m. Lunch in the Grand Ballroom
1:30 - 2:45 p.m. Fun with Food! Carb Cars and Creatures
2:45 - 3:30 p.m. Snack break
3:30 - 4:30 p.m. All About Me Friendship Bracelets Teens back on site by 4:30


Childcare will be provided for potty-trained children ages 3-5 on Saturday and Sunday. Note that you must pick up your child for snack breaks and lunch both days.
