Registration for the Conference and Housing

CWD's Friends for Life Canada: Vancouver 2010 conference is sold out. If you would like to be on the waiting list in case space becomes available, please contact Laura Billetdeaux at .

Conference Registration Includes:

• All sessions and session materials for adults and children
• Childcare for potty-trained children under age 6
• Reception on Friday evening
• Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and beverage breaks on Saturday
• Breakfast, lunch, and beverage breaks on Sunday
• One t-shirt per registered person
• Sunday field trip for teens and tweens (lunch and snack included)

Single adult/professional registration is US$200.

Cancellation policy:
Cancellations prior to August 1, 2010 will be refunded minus a US$50 processing fee. After August 1, 2010, no refunds are available.

Housing Registration
Reservations at the Renaissance Vancouver Hotel Harbourside can be made using their online reservation system or by calling 1-800-905-8582 and referencing the booking code "CWD".
