Registration for the Conference and Housing

• Conference Registration
  

  Registration includes:

  • All sessions and session materials for adults and children
  • Childcare for potty-trained children under age 6
  • Reception on Thursday afternoon
  • Breakfast and beverage break on Friday
  • Breakfast, beverage break, and CWD dinner on the beach on Saturday
  • One t-shirt per registered person
  • Beach activities in the designated CWD beach area on Friday and Saturday afternoons
  Online registration is closed. We will accept registrations on site.
  

  Registration cancellation policy:
  Registration cancellations prior to November 30, 2009 will be refunded minus a $50 processing fee. After December 1, refunds are not available.

• Housing Registration
  

  The Marco Island Marriott Resort is now accepting reservations for the CWD weekend. Rates are $248/night. Rooms include in-room refrigerator, coffee, safe, and high speed internet. You may book online via their online reservation site. You may also call for reservations at 800-228-9290 or 239-394-2511. Please make sure to state that you are with the Children with Diabetes program. Space is very limited. Previous Marco Island conferences have sold out. Please reserve your rooms early.
