Thanks to the generous support of Medtronic Diabetes, this was the first year that CWD has been able to offer a farewell breakfast. Over 1,000 conference participants attended, and it gave everyone the much-needed closure on this very emotional event. For those who were able to stay an extra day to relax, it was a beautiful day by the pool and a great way to end the conference. CWD kids said goodbye to Louis, who was diagnosed the Friday before CWD's conference [ medium | large | full ] Like many CWD kids, Aidan wanted to say goodbye to some friends -- in his case it was Marissa, and he asked her to marry him [ medium | large | full ] See you all next year at ...
