Alex is an active 9 year old who loves to play soccer. He hasn't let his diabetes slow him down. When he is not playing soccer, he plays with his dog, Curly. He is also in Cub Scouts, which he enjoys. Having diabetes sure does make camping fun. Alex has a sister and brother, both of whom are older than him. He is not afraid to speak up about his diabetes.
Alex's mother made his quilt for him.
