Zack Klush, age 12, was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes in March 1999 at the age of nine. He lives in Pennsylvania with his parents and two sisters. He is on the MiniMed 508 pump.

Zack recently graduated from sixth grade. He was a delegate at this year's "Call to Congress" sponsored by the ADA.
