This quilt is in loving memory of Nick Shafer. A fun loving, sports crazed 14-year-old boy who lost his life to a nighttime low in June of 2001. Nick is missed dearly by his family, his classmates, his buddies at Camp Sweeney and those who wished they knew him better.
Quilt submitted by the local diabetes support group near Dallas, Texas.
