Alexander "A.J." Lynn, age 2 1/2, was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes on September 26, 2001 at the age of 22 months. He is on R and NPH and has been a real trooper through the whole lifestyle change. He lives with his dad and mom and is anticipating the arrival of a new baby brother or sister in January 2003. AJ likes to swim, play baseball, play basketball, and go to visit his grandparents' farms. AJ's strong will and strength has empowered us to deal with all the changes that diabetes has brought to our lives.
