This quilt for Alexis Horn was made mostly by Alexis and her mother Jennifer. Alexis's brother Nate (4 years old) and Nana Sue also added some special touches to the quilt. Alexis was diagnosed at 2 years and 11 months. She is now 6 years old. She loves dancing, arts and crafts, and spending time with her family.
