Quinn was diagnosed when she was three years old, just two months before her fourth birthday. At the age of five she began using an insulin pump. She's incredibly active and diabetes doesn't slow her down.

Her quilt features a poem she wrote about her diagnosis and what it feels like to have diabetes.
