Hannah Feld, age six, was diagnosed on March 5, 1997 at the age of 18 months. At age two, Hannah started the MiniMed 507 insulin pump and is now preparing to receive the new Paradigm pump. Hannah loves swimming, tap, jazz, and tumbling classes, but most of all, she loves life. She attends St. Paul school and has a very strong faith in God. She prays day and night that a cure will be found. Hannah is a very caring and beautiful child. Her smile can light up a room. She lives in Illinois with her parents, Greg and Jennifer, and dog Brewster.
The quilt was made with love by Cassandra Dabash, a close family friend.
