The square was designed by me (Rachel) and sewn by my mom. It has pictures of me, my family, and my best friends. It shows my love of music and my main instruments--flute and piccolo. It shows the sports I'm involved in--soccer, karate, and track/field (especially soccer!). It has my favorite soccer player on it (Landon Donovan of the San Jose Earthquakes) and the center area is bordered in ribbons in the colors of the belts I have earned in karate.
