Conner was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes one month before his second birthday on December 15, 2002. The news was devastating to his family, but through it all, Conner has become such a little trooper with the daily insulin injections, finger pricks, eating schedule, and trips to the doctor. Conner is such a sweet, loving, little boy, and he impresses us daily with how well he is dealing with this cruel disease. He is our hero and an inspiration to our family. Conner has two big sisters, Emily (8) and Nicole (6), and a little brother, Trevor (4 months). He loves cars, trains, skateboards, swimming, riding on daddy's motorcycle and watching the Wiggles. Our family prays for a cure everyday.
Conner's quilt was made with lots of love by his mother, Sherlene.
