My name is Deb. I was diagnosed with diabetes on December 7, 1977 at the age of 5 1/2. I have not let diabetes stop me. I do anything I want to do. I started on my first insulin pump in March 1997. On April 26, 1998, my son was born. I had no diabetes related complications with the pregnancy. My son, Billy, helped me with my quilt.
