Jacob is 10 years old at this time. He is a very sweet boy. He loves baseball; reading books; knights, their armor, their battles, and the different weapons they use. His sister Haley (age 12) and his mom and dad are all very supportive of him and his diabetes.
Jacob's Grandma Linda made his quilt because she loves him and wants everyone to know about him.
