My name is Jeremy Meredith and I am 8 years old. I live in Florida with my dad, mom, sister, and brother. I was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes in May 2000 when I was 6 years old. As you can see from my quilt, I love horses. I take riding lessons and also like swimming, bowling, and drawing.
My dad and mom made my quilt.
