This quilt represents the sweet life of Masie Dawn Oyaga, diagnosed with type 1 on June 20, 2003 at age 3. Masie is full of life, smart, sensitive and precocious! Masie lives in California with her mama, papa, brother Danny (12) and sister Morgan (18 months). She is so brave when taking her shots and makes us all so proud of her. Masie Dawn, you are our "Princess."
Nana made this quilt so that you will be represented, along with so many other children with type 1 diabetes. We will do all we can to help find a cure for you all. We love you Masie Dawn!
