The American Diabetes Association in Salt Lake City, Utah holds Diabetes Clubhouse, a day camp for kids with diabetes ages 4-7.

Dates:

• July 8-9, 2004 Pleasant Grove, Utah
• July 19-20, 2004 Salt Lake City, Utah
• August 20-21, 2004 St. George, Utah

Fee:
