Camp Discovery is an American Diabetes Association residential camp offering young people with diabetes a week of fun. Opportunities such as outdoor recreation, arts and crafts, horseback riding, education and the excitement of developing close friendships with other campers and counselors make this a special place. Special attention to diabetes makes Camp Discovery a safe environment for active youth while providing valuable diabetes management education. Camp Discovery is located in the WaShunGa area of Rock Springs 4H Center about 13 miles southwest of Junction City.

Session 1: June 17-21 (Grades 3-6)
Session 2: June 24-28 (Grades 7-10)

Camp Discovery 2 is a new camp for 2007 and is for children with type 2 diabetes, pre-diabetes, and metabolic syndrome.
