For: Teens ages 13 to 17 (coed)
Where: Sierra Nevada Mountains on Sequoia Lake

Fee: $25. Camp fee includes round-trip bus transportation from San Jose to camp, meals, cabin accommodations, camp picture, T-shirt, and diabetes education materials.

Requirements: Prior to the start of camp, each camper needs to have completed the Camper Application Package, which will be sent out upon receipt of the Registration Form.

Transportation: Round-trip bus transportation from San Jose to camp is available at no extra charge. For teens needing round-trip air travel to San Jose, information on booking flight reservations will be sent out upon receipt of the Registration Form.

Program Highlights: Physical activities include backpacking, field sports, boating, volleyball, climbing wall, archery, and fishing. In addition, there is time for quiet activities, crafts, and nature study. Some basic concepts in diabetes management and control are presented. Evening campfire programs include group singing, skits, and other fun age-appropriate activities.
