Camp Fox
Dates: Monday, July 7 - Monday, July 14, 2003
For: Teens ages 13 to 17 (co-ed)
Where: Catalina Island, an ACA accredited camp

Fee: $399 - ground transportation included. Located on the East side of Catalina Island, just inside Long Point on Buttonshell Beach, named after the button-like shells found on the beach. The seascape has very warm and gentle waters, where whales and dolphins reside. There is abundant marine life, inter-tidal shore life, native animals and plant life for teens to earn and experience on this unique island's ecosystems. The camp provides numerous recreational opportunities including: kayaking tubing, a teen dance, snorkeling. Challenging yet fun experiences for teens, plus the opportunity to learn more about diabetes, themselves and others living with diabetes.
