Sweet Kids Day Camp
For kids with diabetes ages 3-7
July 22 - 24, 2008Sweet Kids Day camp is a three day camp for children 3-7 with Type 1 Diabetes. Siblings of the same age may also attend. This is our eighth year of camp. The camp is free of charge.
This year's camp is July 22 - 24, 2008 from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. It will be held at Julia Davis Park in Boise, Idaho.
The camp provides:
- Fun Learning Activities about Diabetes
- Meeting New Friends with Diabetes
- Supervision of Blood Glucose Monitoring and Insulin Injections by Diabetes Educators
- Learning More About Your Diabetes
The camp is sponsored by St. Luke's Regional Medical Center, Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center, Nelson Construction, and Dean Whitter.
Camp is free for kids with type 1 diabetes, ages 3 through 7, living in Idaho. To register, call 208-331-1155 or download the registration form.
