TheraSense believes that when you enter your
personal information into the CWD CoPilot System, it is
our responsibility to insure the following:
- The information you have entered in the CWD CoPilot
System will NEVER be shared with other parties, unless you
explicitly give permission to do so, or as described in
the CWD Privacy
Policy under “Information Sharing and Disclosure”.
- You will NEVER receive advertising or other communications
from CWD, or any other party, that is based on or
references personal information that you have entered in
the CWD CoPilot System.
- CWD will adhere to all industry standards in keeping
your personal information safe from unauthorized access

| What You Need to Know: |

We encrypt all data being transmitted between
your PC and Web browser and the CWD CoPilot System's server.
Whether data is transmitted through electronic upload or entered
manually, it is protected by state-of-the-art 128-bit encryption
software. This ensures that data moving into the System’s
server, or coming out of the server to form reports and graphics
for analysis by you or a Health Care Provider, is secure and
private.
In the very unlikely event that
data from the System were to be hacked, encryption would render
it, quite simply, unreadable and worthless.
