Would you please be able to give me some information as to the first signs of diabetes in a 14 year old male?
Answer:
Symptoms that a teenager (or people of other ages) might notice include:
- Thirst (sometimes called polydipsia in medical jargon),
- hunger (polyphagia),
- frequent urination (polyuria),
- fatigue,
- weight loss,
- blurry vision,
- extra infections, and
- poor healing of cuts and other minor injuries.
