May I know how can I grow fatter?
Eating more calories than you expend will help you gain weight. Also weight lifting can put on lean muscle mass and weight. Keeping blood sugars in good control will help you retain the calories you are consuming. If your blood glucose levels are too high, it makes it difficult to gain weight.
