Question: From British Columbia, Canada: I often wonder if a cure will ever be found, or is there too much money to be made by drug companies selling insulin, needles, etc? Answer: I'd love to find a cure: it'd take at least a generation to implement it, so I don't get paranoid about the manufacturers preventing it.
