Question:

From Macon, Georgia, USA:

My boyfriend's grandmother is a diabetic. She is unable to take care of herself due to other health conditions. Are there any cookbooks published to help those taking care of her prepare the meals?

Answer:

There are many cookbooks for people with diabetes. The American Diabetes and American Dietetics Association Cookbooks are excellent. Your local bookstore may carry some of the more widely used cookbooks.
