Could you give me a sample 2000 calorie ADA diet?
I get these requests a lot, but I really do not have a sample. I always develop meal plans based on what people usually eat. I would suggest you find a dietitian who can help you develop a plan that meets your needs.
[Editor's comment: Lots of organizations have developed handouts for a "2000 calorie diabetic diet" or whatever. But I agree with the comments above: it'd really be best to have a meal plan that's individualized for your needs. WWQ]
