What are some "free" snacks that I can eat during the day?

Answer:

Free snacks include raw vegetables and anything that contains 20 calories or less. If you are not worried about calories, protein can be eaten without affecting the blood sugar much. Of course many sugar-free products are available and some regular snacks when eaten in smaller amounts come under the 20 calories or less category, such as 1 cup of popcorn.
