Actualmente me han diagnosticado Diabetes. He leido aquí Tipo 1, 2 Moody, No sabía que existieran varios tipos de diabetes, desearía más información. Soy vegetariano desde niño, y no sé que debo comer, y que tipo de control médico debo tener. Hace 20 días cuando me diagnosticaron diabetes, mis exámenes médicos mencionaban 283 en glicemia y 305 en trigliceridos, hace 4 días me repite un examen de sangre y mi glicemia es de 279 y los trigliceridos indican 600. Necesito una orientación y es urgente. Que debo hacer para bajar mi glicemia y mis trigliceridos.
