Question:

From Poland:

How many grams of a red watermelon contain one Bread Exchange?

Answer:

Watermelon is actually a fruit exchange, but either fruit or bread exchanges are 15 gm carbohydrate, so as far as the carbohydrate it does not matter which you eat.

Anyway, 15 grams of carbohydrate as watermelon is 1 1/4 cups cubes. One slice of watermelon that is 10 inches in diameter and 1 inch thick weighs 482 grams or about 1 pound. Anyway, my guess would be that 15 grams of carbohydrate as watermelon is about 120 grams.
