Question: From Wallingford, Connecticut, USA:
If I need a snack that is 15 grams of carbohydrate, what is the lowest calorie snack that is good, yet healthy still to eat?
Answer:
Probably a fruit such as a half banana, or an orange or a half grapefruit. Fruit has fiber and vitamins and minerals so is always a good choice. The drawback of fruit is that sometimes it does not last as long in the system as some of the grains with a little fat added.
