From British Columbia, Canada:
My son come up with an idea for a non-reusable syringe. The local university gave the idea first prize at its science fair and the provincial government is interested in trials. The important factors are that it is very cheap and absolutely cannot be used twice. Is this an important thing for children with diabetes?
I rather think not, because a significant number of families around the world have to use syringes more than once for economic reasons. Within limits, reusing syringes is safe.
