Question:

From Mississippi, USA:

My four year old son recently started urinating quite frequently. He also drinks a lot of fluids, like juice, soda, and water. He sometimes complains about his leg being stiff or hurting. Do you think I should be concerned and have him checked for diabetes or do you think it is nothing to worry about?

Answer:

You should call your child's doctor immediately and have him checked for diabetes.
