Question: From Kuwait:
I am middle-aged female, and I have had Type 2 diabetes since I was 12 years old. Every time I start doing exercises and walking I have a skin allergy. I don't know what to do.
Answer:
Do you exercise or walk outside? It is possible that you are experiencing a skin reaction to the sun or other elements in the outside air. Wearing sunscreen and long sleeves might help. I would suggest you discuss this with your physician and decide what you should do.
