I am wondering if I can get any information on how much sugars, and of what kinds, different fruits and vegetables have. The amounts of sugars are very important to my diet.

Answer:

I would suggest you look for a book called Food Values of Portions Commonly Used by Bowes and Church. The book is updated routinely and is printed by the J.B. Lippincott Co., Philadelphia.
