Question:

From Skopje, Macedonia:

Are aloe vera gel, fields of green, and royal bee jelly safe and helpful for Type 1 diabetes?

Answer:

While they may be safe, I don't know about effective. Actually, I recommend aloe for burns, etc., and it is safe. I can't comment on the others. It is probably unlikely that they offer some special benefit for diabetes, but should not be harmful.
